By using Musicoach AI (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Dream Frog LLC ("we", "our", "us").

1. Use of the App

Musicoach AI is a music practice tool for educational purposes. You may use the App to practice along with audio tracks, view drum notation, and improve your drumming skills.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. User Content

You may upload audio files or submit YouTube URLs for processing. You represent that you have the right to use any content you submit. We process your content solely to provide the App's features and do not claim ownership of your uploads.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the App's operation or other users' access
Upload malicious files or content
Reproduce, distribute, or resell the App or its content

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and original content, is the property of Dream Frog LLC. Song notation and backing tracks are provided for personal educational use only.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated notation or audio separation results. We are not responsible for the quality or availability of third-party content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Frog LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
