Delete your Drumless account

Drumless is developed by Dream Frog LLC. You can delete your Drumless account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or by email.

Delete it in the app

Open Drumless and tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm with Delete permanently.

The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Ask us by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@dream-frog.com from the address you signed up with (or the one linked to your Google or Apple sign-in), with the subject "Delete my Drumless account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account: email address, display name, password hash, and your Google or Apple sign-in link
Your practice history, progress, streaks and scores
The songs you added or uploaded, and the files we generated from them
Your personal sync corrections and your notification tokens

What is kept, and for how long

Backups: copies of our database and files are kept for disaster recovery only and are deleted after 90 days. They are never used to restore a deleted account.
Anonymous analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase): these are not linked to your account and do not contain your email or name. Firebase deletes them on its own schedule.
Shared catalog content: a song you added that was later published in the shared catalog, and sync corrections you made to catalog songs, stay available to other users without any link to you.
