Dream Frog LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the Musicoach AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics about how you use the App (e.g., songs played, features used, practice sessions). This data helps us improve the App and is processed through Google Firebase Analytics.
Audio Data: If you upload audio files or submit YouTube URLs, we process them on our servers to separate audio stems and generate drum notation. Uploaded audio is stored only for processing and is not shared with third parties.
Microphone Data: The App may request microphone access for practice scoring features. Audio captured by the microphone is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Device Information: We may collect device tokens for push notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging). We do not collect device identifiers for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and secure token storage.
